Can I attend the inspection?

Absolutely. Many clients choose to walk through with us. It’s one of the best ways to understand the condition of the home.

Do you inspect new construction?

Yes. We offer both pre-drywall and final inspections for new builds and major renovations.

What do you inspect?

We thoroughly evaluate the structure, roof, foundation, electrical, plumbing, HVAC, insulation, windows, doors, and more, with special attention to issues common in Detroit’s older housing stock.

Is thermal imaging included?

Thermal imaging is available as an optional add-on. It’s excellent for detecting hidden moisture, electrical issues, and insulation gaps.

Do you inspect for mold?

We offer professional mold assessments as a separate service, including air sampling and lab analysis.

Yes. We offer lateral sewer scope inspections as an add-on service.

Do you offer pre-listing inspections for sellers?

Yes. We strongly recommend sellers get an inspection before listing. It helps avoid surprises and strengthens your negotiating position.
