Pre-Drywall Inspection
A pre-drywall inspection is your one and only chance to see the "bones" of your new home before they are covered up forever. This is where we verify that the builder is following the blueprints and meeting national standards.
What We Inspect:
Structural Integrity
We check for cracked or warped studs, proper floor joist spans, and correct installation of steel beams and support columns.
Plumbing & HVAC
Verification of pipe sloping, proper venting, and ensuring that HVAC ductwork is sealed and supported according to code.
Electrical Rough-In
We look for proper wire gauges, nail plate protection on studs, and correct box placement for appliances.
Foundation & Sealing
Inspecting the anchor bolts, sill plates, and looking for early signs of moisture intrusion or poor exterior grading.
